Terms of Service

Welcome to Renowa Homes. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking any project.

1. Nature of Services

Renowa Homes operates under the exemption provided by Florida Statute § 489.103(9). We perform specialized cosmetic and non-structural work including:

  • Flooring installation (Luxury Vinyl Plank, Tile)
  • Cabinet refinishing and repainting
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Paver sealing and restoration
  • Other cosmetic improvements

We do not perform structural alterations, electrical work, or plumbing work requiring a permit.

2. Florida Construction Defect Notice

ANY CLAIMS FOR CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE NOTICE AND CURE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 558, FLORIDA STATUTES.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in your project quote. Standard terms include:

  • 50% deposit upon project approval
  • 50% balance upon project completion
  • Payment accepted via Zelle, CashApp, or check

Lien Rights Notice

Pursuant to Florida Construction Lien Law, failure to pay for services rendered may result in a claim against your property.

4. Project Scheduling

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any changes promptly.

5. Site Access & Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to work areas and ensure pets and valuables are secured during service. Our Site Protection Protocols include dust containment and floor protection.

6. Limitation of Liability

Renowa Homes liability is limited to the contract value of the specific service provided. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing structural conditions
  • Hidden defects discovered during work
  • Consequential or indirect damages

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit up to 25% of the deposit to cover material procurement and scheduling costs.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation before any legal action.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any disputes shall be Hillsborough County, Florida.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
