At Renowa Homes, we stand behind our work. Our tiered warranty program reflects our confidence in our craftsmanship and our commitment to your complete satisfaction.
Tier 1: Major Installations
1-Year Limited Warranty on Craftsmanship
Applies to: Flooring Installation (LVP, Tile), Backsplash Installation, Accent Wall Construction, Epoxy Garage Flooring, and Interior Painting projects.
What's Covered:
- Installation errors (peeling, loose tiles, lifting flooring)
- Paint peeling or bubbling due to improper application
- Grout cracking or separation caused by installation technique
- Trim or molding separation from improper installation
Coverage begins on the date of project completion and extends for 12 months.
Tier 2: Minor Services
48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
Applies to: TV Mounting, Furniture Assembly, Door Hardware Replacement, Blinds & Curtains Installation, Heavy Mirror Hanging, Garage Organization, and Silicone Caulking.
How It Works:
- Inspect your work upon completion before we leave
- Within 48 hours, notify us of any adjustments needed
- We'll return and make corrections at no additional charge
Why 48 Hours? Minor services like mounting and assembly are immediately verifiable. We encourage you to test and inspect all work before we leave the job site for instant resolution of any concerns.
Exclusions & Limitations
The following are NOT covered under our warranty:
Material Warranty
Materials are covered strictly by the Manufacturer's Warranty (Sherwin-Williams, LVP brands, tile manufacturers, etc.). Renowa Homes will gladly assist you in filing manufacturer claims, but we are not liable for material defects or failures.
Acts of God
Damage caused by hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, lightning, or other natural disasters is not covered.
Water Damage & Leaks
Issues arising from plumbing leaks, water intrusion, or moisture problems originating from sources unrelated to our installation.
Customer Negligence
Damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or modifications made by others after our work is completed.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Structural issues such as cracked concrete slabs, uneven subfloors, rotted framing, or other conditions that existed before our work began. These conditions will be documented and discussed before starting any project.
Normal Wear & Tear
Gradual deterioration from normal use over time, including minor paint touch-ups needed in high-traffic areas.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact Us: To open a claim, please submit a request through our Contact Page. Select "Warranty" as the subject for priority processing.
- Provide Documentation: Share photos of the issue and your original Project Blueprint number.
- Inspection: We'll schedule a time to inspect the work and assess whether the issue falls under warranty coverage.
- Resolution: If covered, we'll repair or correct the work at no additional charge within a reasonable timeframe.
Florida Compliance
Renowa Homes operates under the Florida Handyman Exemption (F.S. 489.103). All services provided are limited to cosmetic and non-structural work exempt under Florida law. Total project values do not exceed $2,499.99 per contract. This warranty applies only to the craftsmanship of our services and does not extend to work requiring a licensed contractor.
